This role will drive workstreams from analysis through to<br>executive-ready recommendations, lead stakeholder workshops, and mentor junior consultants. The position offers the chance to shape transformation programs and influence commercial and operational decisions for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead project workstreams from initial analysis through synthesis and delivery of strategic recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on problem-solving and deliverable quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop executive-level presentations that clearly communicate insights, options, and recommended actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions to align on priorities and next steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify risks, opportunities, and potential commercial initiatives through structured analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support project planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking to ensure milestones are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to validate assumptions and implement solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years of Strategy, Management Consulting, or Transformation experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in team or workstream leadership and mentoring junior staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong client and stakeholder management skills, including leading client-facing meetings and workshops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced Excel skills for quantitative analysis and modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to operate independently in complex environments and drive outcomes with limited oversight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary We are seeking a Senior Strategy &amp; Transformation Consultant \/ Associate Manager to lead client-facing strategicinitiatives and deliver high-impact recommendations.
