This hands-on role blends platform administration and engineering to stabilize and scale a data platform through automation and reliable operational practices.<br>You will work primarily with Terraform and contribute using SQL and Python to improve deployment frameworks, CI\/CD components, and user identity\/persona configurations. This is an opportunity to influence how infrastructure and deployment processes are automated while providing timely platform support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\">Responsibilities<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf Manage and resolve platform tickets related to data infrastructure and user access.<br>\u25cf Design and maintain IaC modules and templates using Terraform.<br>\u25cf Develop and enhance CI\/CD framework components to support data platform deployments.<br>\u25cf Write and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support troubleshooting and automation.<br>\u25cf Build Python utilities and scripts to integrate with deployment frameworks and tooling.<br>\u25cf Configure and manage user ID personas, permissions, and role mappings for platform<br>access.<br>\u25cf Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to prioritize platform fixes and<br>enhancements.<br>\u25cf Document operational procedures, runbooks, and deployment patterns for the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\">Requirements<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf 3+ years of hands-on experience in platform or infrastructure engineering or administration.<br>\u25cf Strong practical experience with Terraform for IaC development and maintenance, including the creation or modification of reusable infrastructure modules.<br>\u25cf Proficient in SQL with experience writing queries for platform support and analysis.<br>\u25cf Solid Python experience for scripting, automation, and framework support.<br>\u25cf Experience handling ticket queues and providing timely operational support.<br>\u25cf Experience working with Databricks environments or integrations.<br>\u25cf Familiarity with CI\/CD concepts and experience contributing to CI\/CD frameworks.<br>\u25cf Comfortable performing both engineering work and administrative platform tasks.<br>\u25cf Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work with engineers and non-technical<br>stakeholders.<br>\u25cf Ability to prioritize operational requests and engineering improvements in a changing platform environment.<br>\u25cf Experience configuring or supporting identities, permissions, roles, or access-control mappings in a platform environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary We are seeking a Data Platform Admin focused on Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
