Sr. AI Content Developer

Summary

The Sr. AI Content Developer will support Cisco Security Solutions Engineering in creating and modernizing advanced technical enablement for advanced technical audiences. This role leverages Generative AI and LLM technology, technical source material, and SME knowledge to develop primarily net-new learning experiences focused initially on AI Security and SASE (including SSE and SD‑WAN). The position involves end-to-end content development across AI-assisted workflows, scripting, microlearning, assessment and scenario development, AI-generated video, content QA, and SME collaboration, with potential LMS publication where permissions allow.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop net-new technical learning experiences using Generative AI and LLM platforms.
• Develop and refine prompts and prompt-engineering practices to drive high-quality AI output.
• Build and configure AI agents or connected AI workflows to support content creation and transformation.
• Review technical source material and collaborate with SMEs to extract and validate key learning objectives and technical details.
• Script and produce AI-generated video content and review video output for content accuracy, tone, pacing, and quality.
• Create microlearning modules, assessments, and scenario-based learning experiences for advanced technical audiences.
• Use AI to create, transform, restructure, and improve professional technical content across formats.
• Perform content QA and coordinate SME review cycles to ensure technical accuracy and instructional quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a highly collaborative, high-touch environment.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Generative AI / LLM content-development experience.
• Experience with Claude or comparable LLM platforms.
• Strong prompt-development and prompt-engineering capabilities.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience building or configuring AI agents or connected AI workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to create, transform, restructure, and improve professional content.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging learning experiences.
• Modern instructional and learning content-development skills.
• Strong content QA, writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience writing scripts for AI-generated video and reviewing video output for accuracy, tone, pacing, and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a highly collaborative, high-touch environment.
